Individual Call-In Reservations
Group room rates listed below will be honored for group attendees 3 days before group arrival and 3 days after group departure based on availability. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-874-6878 prompt #2. Reference the GFA group

For reservations made on an individual basis, at the time of reservations, a one (1) night deposit will be required to confirm the reservations. This deposit may be made by credit card or check and will be applied to the first night of stay. Deposits will not be refunded unless the reservation is cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival.

Room rates quoted above are net and non-commissionable, European Plan (no meals included) and are subject to all applicable taxes at the time of the Event. The current taxes are: State 7%, Occupancy 4% and are subject to change.
RESORT SERVICE FEE AND GRATUITIES: In addition to the rates set forth above, a daily resort service fee is charged in the amount of $8.00 plus sales tax (currently 7%), per person (16 years of age and older), per night, which includes: housekeeping gratuities, transportation driver gratuities, unlimited on-property shuttle transportation, self parking, unlimited use of health & fitness center, 1 hour of tennis court usage (individual play only), 1 bucket of range balls, meeting concierge staff, in-room coffee and 24/7 public safety staff. Tax is subject to change. Internet Access is not included in the Resort Service Fee and will be an additional $9.95 per day.
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.
