2008 Silent Auction

Help us build our programs by donating unique, unusual and valuable items to this year's Silent Auction. The Georgia Tree Farm Program and the Georgia Project Learning Tree (PLT) are once again coordinating the Silent Auction for Georgia Forestry Association's Annual Meeting at Amelia Island Plantation Resort in Amelia Island, FL (July 13-16, 2008).  All proceeds from this auction will be used to directly support the Tree Farm Scholarship program for students and the teacher education workshops for PLT.

Individuals and companies who generously donate items make this popular event successful.  You can also consider a tax-deductible monetary contribution that can be used to purchase items in your name for the auction if you desire.  Any item you would consider bidding on yourself is a good donation.  Craft items are always a big auction item.  If you have a special talent or know someone who does, the Silent Auction is a great place to show it off!  We recommend donating items that have a value of at least $25.
