room rates listed below will be offered 3 days pre and 3 days
post meeting dates. Reservations can be made by
clicking here (or the image on the left) or by calling

Room rates quoted above are net and non-commissionable,
European Plan (no meals included) and are subject to all
applicable taxes at the time of the Event. The current taxes
are: State 7%, Occupancy 2% and are subject to change.
RESORT
SERVICE FEE AND GRATUITIES:
In addition to the rates set forth above, a daily resort service
fee is charged in the amount of $8.00 plus sales tax
(currently 7%), per person (16 years of age and older), per
night, which includes: housekeeping gratuities,
transportation driver gratuities, unlimited on-property shuttle
transportation, self parking, unlimited use of health & fitness
center, 1 hour of tennis court usage (individual play only), 1
bucket of range balls, meeting concierge staff, in-room coffee
and 24/7 public safety staff. Tax is subject to change. Group
shall be solely and fully responsible for informing its
attendees of these fees and that they are separate and distinct
from the room rate and from taxes. Group may not, in any
printed materials regarding the meeting or in any other manner,
lump these fees into any category such as tax or room rate.
