Association.

The Georgia Forestry Education
Center was opened in October of 2003 as a result of a $2.1
million capital campaign that started in 2000. Donations
came from all over the Forestry Community to realize the goal of
the campaign of "Building a Foundation for Forestry".
The building is made from many
Georgia species of wood, including white oak, red oak, bald
cypress, and green ash for walls, flooring, and molding. The
atrium features cypress beams and refurbished pine for the
flooring.
The building is available for
meetings and forestry events. Call for room rental information.
