2009 National Forest Landowner Advocacy Day in Washington, DC - October 20th
The Forest Landowners Association (FLA) is inviting all interested parties to attend the 2009 National Forest Advocacy Day on October 20, 2009 in Washington, DC. This will be a great opportunity for Georgia landowners to lobby Congress on such critical issues as renewable energy, estate taxes and environmental regulation.

Attendees are not required to be experts on the issues and only need to care about the protection and enhancement of private forestland. FLA will brief all participants on the important issues during breakfast. Attendees will be grouped with members of their community and led by a group leader to visit their Congressional delegates.

The cost is free to FLA members and $50 for non-members (which include a one-year membership). For more information or to RSVP, contact Brendan Davis at (800) 325-2954 or bdavis@forestlandowners.com.
