Forest Technology Solutions seminar to be held at GFA Annual Meeting |
|
We are coming out of one of the most difficult seasons the forest industry has ever known. Mills have closed, loggers have gone out of business, prices have been down and up and down again, and even the weather has been unseasonably wet. How companies position themselves right now will determine how effectively they can compete in the new forest economy. Many companies are asking the following questions: "When is the right time to update older technology, invest in new technology, or perhaps just hire new employees? Are there new ways to do more with less in both the office and field? How much does accuracy, or inaccuracy, really matter? How can I get more out of the GIS, GPS, and inventory solutions I already have?"
The purpose of the seminar is to discuss and demonstrate some of the latest innovations and integrations in forest technology and investigate whether it pays to invest in these solutions during tough times. We will attempt to answer these questions and more as we explore the latest solutions in GPS, GIS, forest measurement, forest inventory, and Log Truck Optimization. Bring your questions and make plans to attend this new LandMark Spatial Solutions forest technology seminar. For more info, please call Johnny Thompson at 866-395-4550 or click this link.
